Dr David Steven is a co-founder of Bay Chiropractic and a highly accomplished chiropractor with focus on sports performance and injury management. He holds a Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Chiropractic from Macquarie University and Graduate Diploma in Sports Chiropractic from Murdoch University. He is an Internationally Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (ICCSP) and a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Chiropractic Education (FAICE).

David has advanced training in sports orthotics, dry needling, kinesiotaping, Active Release Technique (A.R.T), sports biomechanics, athletic taping and athletic video analysis. He has worked extensively with elite sporting teams and international athletes.

His career highlights include roles with Sydney Roosters, Manly Rugby League teams, Sydney Swans AFL, Rugby Australia and Triathlon World Championships. David has also served as Medical Director and team Chiropractor at 2 Olympic Games and 2 Commonwealth Games for Australian and West Indies athletes.

Kristy graduated from Macquarie University with a Masters degree in Chiropractic. She has further completed extensive post graduate training in paediatrics and pregnancy care including a Diplomate in Chiropractic Neuro-developmental Paediatrics and is certified in the Webster technique.

Kristy has over 25 years’ clinical experience and enjoys working with many of Sydney’s obstetricians, midwives and GP’s for pre and post-natal care. Kristy utilises a range of techniques to individually suit every member of the family including sacro-occipital techniques, cranial and dural balancing, neuro-impulse, soft tissue muscle releases, and primitive reflex integration.

Clinton completed both his undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Chiropractic at Macquarie University. With over 19 years of experience teaching in the undergraduate and Master’s chiropractic programs at Macquarie, Clinton combines clinical expertise with a deep understanding of the latest research and treatment methods.

Drawing on his sporting background, he places a strong emphasis on injury prevention, performance enhancement, and long-term wellbeing. His holistic approach to patient care incorporates manual chiropractic techniques, dry needling, soft tissue therapies, exercise prescription, and nutritional guidance.

Clinton is passionate about helping patients achieve optimal function and lasting results through evidence-based, patient-centred care.

Kylie completed both Bachelor and Masters of Chiropractic at Macquarie University. She then went on to complete her ICCSP qualification in Sports Chiropractic through FICS the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic. Kylie is a full body soft tissue practitioner qualified in A.R.T. She utilises a strong evidence based approach to injury assessment and management and believes education is the strongest platform for patients becoming injury free and staying that way.

Since 2011, Kylie has worked with Seaforth FC premier league team. She is also a co-ordinator for Sports Chiropractic Australia, NSW and regularly attends sports events with them across the state.

Kieran completed both Bachelor and Masters of Chiropractic at Macquarie University. He is committed to helping his clients enjoy improved quality of life regardless of their age, profession, sporting endeavours and hobbies. He has specialised in treating golfers for injury management and performance by obtaining TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Level 2 certification.

Kieran enjoys getting to know his patients, their goals and priorities, so he can facilitate the achievement of the best possible health outcomes using a range of methods including manual chiropractic techniques, dry needling, soft tissue therapy and rehabilitation. Kieran is a clinical supervisor and tutor of pre-clinical management in the Macquarie University Masters program.

Natalie Siladi acupuncture massage

Deep Tissue, Sports, Pregnancy, Remedial/Swedish Massage and Acupuncture.

Natalie graduated from the University of Technology, Sydney with a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Acupuncture. She continued on to study at the NSW School of Massage to complete her diploma of Remedial Massage, as well as reiki 1 and 2 certification.

Natalie has a strong belief in the mind/body connection and often incorporates massage, acupuncture and reiki in her treatments. She specialises in deep tissue massage, using techniques such as myofascial release which shows exceptional results for both soft tissue injuries and chronic conditions, working closely with the other practitioners at Bay Chiropractic.
